This presentation is an introduction to \LaTeX.  \LaTeX is a package that \mbox{enables} authors to typeset and print their work at the highest \mbox{typographical} quality, using a predefined, professional layout. It is useful in \mbox{creating} \mbox{reports}, presentations, writing articles, research papers, journals, and books. It uses  \TeX as its typesetting engine. The presentation will include \mbox{numerous} examples to illustrate the usage of  \LaTeX commands. Research paper and scientific journal  \LaTeX templates will be analyzed.
